Where is your locations?
Our domain is located in Kapten Tendean, Jakarta Selatan. However, currently PaperCrane do not have a store yet. We are selling through www.papercrane.asia only.

How can I contact you ?
You can contact us through email firstname.lastname@example.org or through LINE : papercrane_id. However, please note that the inquiries (email & LINE) will be replied during office hour only (M-F : 8:00 - 17:00)
Why the products specifications are not shown ?
All the products specs are available on our website. Click on the product name or picture and it will show a detail information on the product including the product stock.
Are all the boxes using the same paper weight?
No. We use a variety of paper weights. See the specs for the each products.
What about for the gift tag's paper?
For the gift tags, we use different type of paper than the boxes, which is 240 gsm textured quality paper with pure white colour
Do you carry custom colour and size boxes?
For now we do not carry custom order
Do you offer discounts for purchasing large quantities?
Yes. You can receive discounted pricing at certain quantities. Please contact us for more details on eligible products and discount levels.
Why the color is slightly different with the one shown on the website?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Can I order more than 1 (one) rolls and be sent as seamless ribbon?
Yes, you can have a seamless ribbon up to 4 rolls (18 meter - 20 yards) combined. Although the ribbon is sold per 4.5 meter(5 yards) roll, if you order up to 4 rolls (18m - 20 yards), it will be sent as one seamless roll.
What is your order policy?
After you place your order, we will send an email message confirming your order and total amount shortly after you place your order. Payment must be transferred before we can process and deliver your order. If payment is not made within 3 (three) days after ordering, the order will be canceled automatically. Goods purchased are non refundable.
Oops! I forgot one thing on my order - can I add onto it?
If your order has not yet been put into our system, you may be able to add additional items. However, if your order has already been put into our system, it is immediately transferred to the warehouse and is out of our hands. Contact us to inquire about your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
While we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that our standard turn around time is three business days after payment received, plus shipping time. All orders processed after 12 p.m. Indonesian west standard time (WIB) will be processed the next business day.
Can I order by telephone?
All regular order should be placed via www.papercrane.asia.
Will I receive an order confirmation via email?
Yes. If you provide your email address when placing an order, we will send you an email message confirming your order shortly after you place your order.
What shipping method do you use?
We ship via JNE. When placing your order, please be sure to use a complete shipping address including your zip code.
When will my order be shipped ?
Your order will be shipped after payment is completed. Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
All payment before 12 pm on delivery day will be sent on that day, otherwise it will be sent on next delivery day.
Are your boxes sent assembled?
All our boxes are assembled and ready to use, with an exception for the takeout box, gable box, and tote box. However, it is easy assembly and they come with assembly instruction.
